Circa 1980s I personally believe this cocktail dress would be fabulous if it were redesigned and shortened in to a fun and flirty knee-length cocktail dress. It has two pockets in the side seams which give it great movement, and could also be worn with a full crinoline which would give it some spunk and a true 1950s feel.
